For the last ten years we have only used Nancy Townes for our real estate needs.  In 1998 she helped us buy our first house in Tyler, since then with her expert help and guidance we have purchased and sold three other houses (that makes five different closings), the last one being in April of 2008.  Always forthright, her frank assessment of property values, expert knowledge of the current market and neighborhoods, and above all her patience in dealing with her clients makes dealing with Nancy an enjoyable buying or selling experience.  Dealing with Nancy for the past ten years has allowed us to develop a close personal relationship which extends much further than just real estate business.  During a recent family crisis Nancy was the first to respond with sympathy, compassion and food.  We are looking forward to future real estate purchases with Nancy’s help and guidance as well as maintaining our friendship through the coming years.
