Nancy Townes was born and reared in Port Arthur, Texas. She attended University of Houston and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Education. In 1964 Nancy made the move to Tyler.  

 “I have sold real estate since 1974. In those years I have witnessed Tyler and Smith County double in size. I look forward to our future growth and will continue to be a part of it.”

Nancy has dedicated countless hours to continuing education focused on her Real Estate career. She presently holds three designations; Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Graduate, Realtors® Institute (GRI), and the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation.

She was named Realtor® of the Year in 2002 by her peers.

Nancy is one of three partners in Choice Properties. She brings her experience to Choice Properties and to the other agents who have all been in real estate for years.
